About the studio

Joey Video Production started in 2016 with one camera, one editor and a stubborn belief that most corporate video was being made backwards.
Nine years later the kit list is longer and the crew is bigger, but the method hasn’t moved. We still start with the business problem. We still put the treatment in writing before anyone books a camera. We still shoot with the smallest crew the work will tolerate, because a room full of strangers is the fastest way to get a performance nobody believes.
Every project is directed by the person you meet in the first call, and every edit gets two proper rounds of revisions built into the quote rather than sold back to you afterwards. It is a slower way to run a studio and a better way to make films.
Based in Denver — shooting anywhere. Most of our work comes from people we have already worked with, which is the only metric we really pay attention to.
